How it Works
One focused engagement over two to three weeks.
Before we begin, an intake gives me a picture of your business, its existing systems, and where you are now.
Our first working session is an exploration of your entire business architecture. How work happens, how decisions get made, where friction lives. And where AI might make a meaningful difference.
Just as importantly, we identify where it doesn't belong.
Between sessions, I develop your initial strategic roadmap — a personalized document identifying opportunities, priorities, and recommended system interactions.
Our second working session is where we test and refine that thinking together. We examine the roadmap, consider what's realistic, and clarify what matters most.
Afterward, you receive the final roadmap, incorporating what emerged from our work.
The result is a practical document you can act on immediately, develop over time, or use as the foundation for a future implementation.
