One pattern. Twenty-One days.

You already know which one it is.

The pattern that has outlasted every approach you've tried. The one that shows up in your work, your relationships, your money, your decisions, your energy. The one that costs you in ways you can measure and ways you can't.

You need a process that can see exactly where it's held and knows precisely how to help you move it.

And here it is.

What Happens:

Two private sessions over twenty-one days. Before we begin, you'll complete a short intake. This helps develop work that is calibrated to you specifically.

The first session identifies the pattern precisely: where it lives, what it's protecting, what it's costing. fter that session, you will receive a detailed technical brief with insights and personalized guidance on how to release the pattern.

“It’s sooooo good! I read it and printed out two copies!” ~ Precise Intervention Client

In the second session, we look at what has shifted and what still has charge. You receive notes after that session too–again, precisely personalized.

The results: first, relief.
And something releases.
Then, movement.

Clearer decisions. Restored energy. The specific thing that has been stuck — unstuck.

Choosing Your Container:

Both containers teach the same methodology and include the same core process.

The difference isn't the work itself. It is the level of asynchronous support between sessions.

To decide, think about how you naturally integrate change.

Some people receive an intervention, spend time reflecting, journaling, or simply living with it, and naturally reorganize between sessions. Others benefit from having high-touch guidance available as things activate, new insights emerge, and old patterns begin to reorganize.

Neither approach is better.

The question isn't "How much support do I need?" It's "How do I like to process?”

You probably already have a pretty good sense of the answer.

You may naturally integrate internally if you...

- Tend to process through journaling, meditation, and in nature

- Appreciate spaciousness after receiving an intervention

- Rarely feel the need to check in once you understand the work

- Prefer observing what unfolds and bringing your insights back to the next session

If this sounds like you, the Standard will be the best fit.

You may naturally integrate through guidance if you...

- Process externally as well as internally

- Like having a place to connect as you work. It can be profoundly healing to be met when you are releasing.

- Tend to experience periods of activation while old patterns reorganize

- Feel more settled knowing guidance is available while new behaviors become established.Protection is a primary and primal need.

If this sounds like you, the Supported container will be the best fit.

If, once the work begins, it becomes clear that the other container would better support your process, we'll talk about it together.

What Movement Looks Like

"Thank you, Shannon. It's really amazing how you put things into words and context... you understand my worlds and I really appreciate that so much."

"I feel like I am processing so much (which is great)!"

Sometimes movement starts quietly.

You notice the reaction without letting it become reality. You stop trying to solve everything at once. You make one cleaner decision. You let support register. Space is a vital part of this process.

And then something begins to shift.

For one recent PI client, that shift became impossible to miss: $50K in revenue arrived in a single week.

Another client had been stuck at zero revenue all year. During our work she let herself breathe into a bigger vision, creating a Pinterest board. Soon after, she was on her way to Paris, booked a $10K month and a magazine spread.

She told me, "My life looks a lot like my Pinterest board in ways I never fully believed."

The movement is specific because the work is specifically yours.

PI identifies the roots of the pattern that has been holding everything else in place and guides you in creating the conditions for it to reorganize.

If, oce the work begins, it becomes clear that the other container would better support your process, we'll talk about it together.

FAQS

How do I choose the right container?

Most people know within a minute of reading the descriptions above. If you're genuinely split, choose The Supported — it's easier to have access you don't end up needing than to wish you had it. And if it becomes clear mid-work that something different would serve you better, we'll adjust together.

I've tried so many things. Why would this be different?

Because of the precision in the method. We find the exact place where it is held and help you create the conditions for it to move. This is surgical work calibrated to you.

What if I can't even articulate what the pattern is?

You don't need to. That's part of what the first session does: it finds it. You'll arrive with what you have: a feeling—weariness, confusion, ambition that isn’t yet in flow, a recurring experience, a place where things keep stopping. That's enough.

I've done a lot of work on myself. Will this cover ground I've already covered?

Probably not. The people who come to this work are not beginners. What they haven't yet found is the specific place where their pattern lives in the body — and what it's been protecting. That is rarely what previous work has addressed directly.

I'm not sure I trust myself to know what I need right now.

That's precisely the condition this work is designed for. Self-trust isn't a prerequisite here. It's often the result.

Is two sessions really enough to move something this entrenched?

For the right pattern at the right moment — yes. Two sessions won't resolve everything. They will move the specific thing that has been blocking everything else. That movement changes the geometry of what's possible.

What's the difference between the $650 and $1,250 options?

Both include two sessions across twenty-one days. The Supported adds async support via Slack between sessions — direct access for questions, integration support, and deeper implementation as things begin to move.

What does the intake look like, and what should I expect before the first session?

Making the decision to do this work often creates real clarity on its own — that's normal, and it's the work already starting. To keep that momentum working for you, we ask that you book your first session within 3 days of enrolling. The intake itself is a few focused questions to help you consider calmly what you want to work on, and help me arrive already oriented to you specifically. There's nothing to prepare beyond honest answers. You do not need to be ready. You just need to show up.

Is this done virtually or in person?

Virtually, via video. Sessions are 75 minutes. Your technical brief and session notes will be delivered to you 2 business days after your sessions.

You don't need to find it. You need to move it. Begin.
